I'm so proud of how I've overcome unhealthy hustle. Though I work hard, value productivity and intentional output, I'm driven by learning in a healthy way. My practice of yoga and meditation, paired with a solid breakfast and lots of breaks, is how I'm powering through my workload this lockdown!! i hope you're all thriving (or at least, surviving) and I'm sending love your way.

How old are you? ~ 20
Where are you from? ~ The UK! Near London.
Where do you go to university? ~ Minerva Schools at KGI. I spent my first year in San Francisco and now study in Berlin :)
Did you take a gap year? ~ Yes! From 2018-2019, I interrailed Europe, worked in London, backpacked Australia, did a French language immersion in France and spent 3 months in Uganda. It was the best year of my life.
