During a recent learning lab in Adelaide, coaches involved in the AIS National Generation 2032 Coach Program (Gen32) explored how Connection to Country can be meaningfully woven into high-performance coaching.
The session encouraged coaches to consider how connection, respect and cultural awareness can shape relationships and create more inclusive coaching environments.
Designed for early-career coaches, the AIS Gen32 program aims to grow and diversify Australia’s high-performance coaching workforce through a two-year development journey that combines on-the-job coaching, learning labs and cross-sport collaboration.
