Stage 1 - 3 yards - full presentation - 5 rounds to top square of a-zone (3 seconds)
Stage 2 - 5 yards - compressed ready - 5 rounds to bottom square of a-zone (3.5 seconds)
Stage 3 - 7 yards - from the draw - 1 round to a-zone (2.5 seconds)
Stage 4 - 10 yards - from the draw - 5 rounds to a-zone (5 seconds)
Stage 5 - 25 yards - from the draw - 5 rounds to a-zone (7 seconds)
