A boat trip down the Thames filmed around 7:15pm on July 18 2002. The reason for the trip, London was suffering a 24 hour tube strike (see link) and so the river was a good way to travel.

The trip takes us from Waterloo Bridge to Tower Bridge and shows how different the London skyline was 20 years ago. The commentary is from a crew member. The boat also had a bar therefore you could travel with a beer, glass of wine or a G&T, an improvement over the tube then.
This video is cut from a much longer video shot on a domestic Sony DV Cam. No colour grading only de-interlacing using TOPAZ AI and up-rez to HD.
