Описание: The National 3 Peaks challenge is a 24 hour endurance event which involves climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon). These are the highest peaks in Scotland, England and Wales (respectively) and this video is tips and tricks to plan and run a successful event.
