Glycoject has been a staple in my training since 2013. Great for Pre/Intra/Post Workout Drink. I prefer 1/2 scoop Intra (during training) & 1/2 Scoop Post (after training is finished)

*Sled Beginners: 1-2 Sets Per Movement & Walk/Run Sled back after each set.
*Sled Mod/Advanced: 2-4 Sets Per Movement & Walk/Run Sled back after each set.

2. Back/Bicep | Double Arm Rows
3. Back/Bicep | Single Arm Rows
4. Shoulders/Back | Rear Delt Flys
5. Biceps | Curls Bonus
