USE OF THE FORMWORK CLEANING MACHINE:
The Paoloni shuttering planks cleaning machine automatically scrape concrete, clean and wash with disarming oil the 4 sides of wooden panels after removing from the concrete walls.
You will save time and strenght and results will be much more efficient!
Two dragging rollers assure the panels movement inside the machine, and breaking roller crumble away the layer of concrete encrusted without damaging the wood panel.
High consumption resistance blades and kinfes made with special steel will work as scrapers oscillating and they guarantee the complete scraping of the cement or mortar crust from the upper and lower edges and from the panel faces.
The cleaning process is completed by a flow coating of dismounting oil and a serie of rubber blades to collect the excess of oils inside the machine and recirculate with an electric pump, avoiding waste of oil.
