Sending Text via Simplex Yaesu FTM-510 to FT5DR

After creating a Group
1. Press GM
2. Press F - MENU
3. TURN dial to "LOG"
4. Press Dial
5. Turn dial to MESSAGE
6. Press Dial
7. Turn dial to "NEW"
8. Press Dial
9. Press F - MENU
10. Turn dial to "EDIT"
11. Press Dial
12. Use the dial to select and enter text.
13. Press and hold the Dial
14. Press F - MENU
15. Turn the dial to SEND and press the dial
16. Select who the message is going to ALL or a call sign in the list. Press the dial
17. Press SQL/BACK to back out to the desired screen.
