About the Chef:

The Impossibly Delicious Kimchi Burger
Ingredients:
2 lb ground Impossible™ meat
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
½ cup chopped scallions
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
½ cup margarine
4 hamburger rolls
1 cup diced kimchi
Directions:
1. Preheat the grill to a high temperature.
2. Combine all the ingredients except the margarine, rolls, and kimchi in a bowl. Form the mixture into four patties.
3. When the grill is preheated, spread the margarine on the insides of the rolls. Place the rolls, cut side down, on the grill. Grill until lightly brown (2–3 minutes). When done, reserve the rolls.
4. Place the patties on the grill. Grill each side until the desired doneness is reached and the internal temperature of the patties reaches 140° F.
5. Assemble each burger by placing a burger patty and ¼ cup kimchi between each roll.
Eric's Tip: Add an over-easy egg to the top of this burger just before serving for an added wow.
