We've been banging around the woods for years in this old 1999 Ford Explorer. This season I decided to get more organized and built this drawer and custom kennel system. Simple design and build with basic tools. I don't own a table saw (wish I did) so we built this with a circular saw, miter box, sander, pocket screws and screw guns.
The drawers are 38" deep, with 36" drawer slides from Amazon. The platform and box is built from 3/4" ASX (aspen plywood) inexpensive and sands and stains easily.
If you like overland drawer systems with a hunting spin, you'll like this setup. Will serve to explore and camp in the uplands.
