2 tbsp Olive Oil, or butter
4 tbsp Onion, chopped
1 tbsp Garlic, chopped
Salt, to taste
¾ tsp Ground Black Pepper

Recipe Notes:
1. Prepping Cabbage - When preparing the cabbage for this recipe, it's important to pay attention to the outer leaves and remove any that are brown or spoiled. Once the cabbage is cleaned, cut it in half and then thinly shred or chop the cabbage, discarding the core
2. Temperature - As far as cooking the cabbage, I recommend keeping the heat at a medium-high. This will provide a crispy, crunchy, and caramelized texture to the vegetable. Keeping the heat low will result in a soggy texture because of the excess moisture
3. Seasoning - For seasoning, I have used basic black pepper and salt in this recipe. But feel free to add your own touch by using chili flakes, apple cider vinegar, lemon, or any other seasonings that you like. This way you can make the dish more flavorful to your taste
