1/4 all purpose cream
1 can (370g) condensed milk
1/3 cup unsalted butter (melted)
all purpose flour 1/2 cup
baking powder 1/4 tsp.
desiccated coconut (unsweetened ) 2 1/4 cups
PAPER CUPS: 6 X 3 CM
bake 180 deg C
when done. brush the top with melted butter (unsalted)
