Описание: I had a Service call at the State Highway Maintenance Facility and when I arrived I saw they had covered ALL the Strobe lights with blue painters tape and I could see them flashing. They told me they could get the horns to stop but couldn't get the lights to stop. So I got their crew to come back to the panel, I had 1 guy video me showing them what to do in this situation to get the strobes to stop flashing. I thought this would be helpful for anyone who's in this predicament so they can get their panel reset until the service technician arrive and resolve the issue.
