#11 – Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, ALF, and the PMRC

Описание: Getting excited for the holidays? We are too. We dusted ourselves off from the last show and are ready for some Thanksgiving traditions, like backyard football. To keep Show #11 protected, we have placed it between these warm, fluffy, comfortable pillows. Wait, what? Those aren’t pillows?

Yikes! Another tradition is traveling to see family and friends, so we gassed up the movie, Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, from 1987. And everyone gets excited for the turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and cats. Huh? Luckily, we don’t have an ALF, Alien Life Form, staying with us, but we catch up on old episodes of that hairy, wisecracking, cat-eating, 80s icon from Melmac.

We take a break at halftime to share what beer runneth over in our cups and then choose songs with a “transportation” theme to add to our Totally Radical Ultimate Mixtape, some of which might or might not have made it on the Parents Music Resource Center’s Flithy Fifteen.
