With improved perception, you can use your attention impeccably. With impeccable attention, you can take effective action.
You can’t act effectively on a lie. If you’re not seeing reality clearly, then you’re lying to yourself, at least to some degree. Therefore, it’s important to find ways to clarify your perception. I call the process for doing that seeing. Shifting your perception allows you to see more clearly. That’s what you’ll learn in this lesson.
