Using my IRL Stats. Counting Calories and using IRL stand in Calorie measurements to know how much I need to eat to avoid starvation and I will still eat food if I went over the 2K Daily Caloric Intake. A Prepared Meal or TV Dinner (like Salsbury Steak) is 600 Calories, snacks are 180 Calories. Anything with calories is included including liquids and seasonings. Hydration, 1 Quart of Water is equal to 2 Purified Waters, Soda is 1 Dirty Water, 1 Quart of Gatorade is equal to 2 Dirty Waters. Energy Drinks are counted as Nuka Cola. Any Alcohol drank will be accurately recorded. I did quit smoking cigarettes and use vape, but still use the equivalent of 1 pack of "reds" a day, so one pack of cigarettes will be "scrapped" to show I smoked them.
Since Building and taking down things isn't as instant like in the game, I will give a number of hours or days needed to complete a project from scrap and with X amount of people doing the project, I will need a handyman such as Sturgis to build said items that I do not know how to build myself.
