I explain why this kind of hyper-precision isn’t just impractical—it’s disconnected from reality and driven by a growing fear culture around fat gain. Using real coaching experience, I show how impossible it is to track surpluses this small, how normal weight fluctuations dwarf these numbers, and why common-sense lean bulking cycles make far more progress over time.
