Growing up in the remote forest regions of Chhattisgarh, his early exposure to tough terrain and the rise of Naxalism in Bastar shaped his strategic mindset, resilience, and deep commitment to national service.

Commissioned into the Indian Army’s 17 Para Field Regiment, Major Praveen Singh excelled in airborne operations, jungle warfare, and high-risk missions. During a critical operation in Manipur, his exceptional leadership and fire control saved lives, earning him a Gallantry Award.

After leaving the Army, he chose education as his next battlefield. He established institutions aimed at empowering youth through discipline, confidence, and leadership. His work with private military school models played a key role in influencing the policy for 100 new Sainik Schools, approved by the Government of India, including opening doors for girls.

He also contributed to counter-Naxal strategies through surrender and rehabilitation ideas and trained police forces in anti-Naxal operations.

Today, as President of Cardinal Warriors Private Military School, Raipur, he mentors young cadets with a clear belief:
