2. Perfect Love is our calling!
a. Matt. 22:36-39 It is God’s call
b. -1Th 5:23 It is God’s work
3. It IS Purity/Cleansing
a. Matt. 5:8; Acts 15:8-9; 1 Peter 1:22; & 1 John 3:3
b. Impurity breeds infection
4. Is not a list of “don’ts”
a. Matt. 7:1-5 not a list to look down on others with
5. Perfect Love is NOT a license to judge hypocritically
a. Matt. 7:1-5
6. Perfect Love IS Pure Love
a. Rom. 5:5 it is God’s love poured into us to splash out of us.
7. It is NOT self-service, but it IS servanthood
a. Col. 3:1-17 Surrender and others focused
8. Is not freedom from temptation
a. 1 Cor. 10:12-13 We will have temptation, but we will also have a way of escape.
9. It IS Power over sin
a. Dead through baptism Rom. 6:5-11
b. Christ ruling from our hearts Rom. 6:12-18
10. Is NOT Performance. It IS Partnership (relationship)
a. Proximity to the source produces greater yield at the harvest.
