300g White Choc
100g Flaked Almonds
60g Feuilletine
480g Plain Flour
20g Ground Almonds
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
1/4 tsp Almond Extract 

-Roll in Flaked Almonds & feuilletine 

FRANGIPANE CENTRE
175g Ground Almonds 
150g Caster Sugar 
1 Egg
35g Melted Butter 
1 tsp Vanilla 
1/2 tsp Almond Extract 
Pinch of Salt
