Firelog pose will get into the tough-to-reach spots like the top sides of the feet and ankles. Plus it will stretch deep into the booty muscles. Try holding this pose for 5 minutes on each side if you can! But be mindful as you come out of this pose. Your knees may be a bit sensitive.
