Welcome to your cranial nerve exam! I'll start off by asking you some questions about your senses and then we'll get into an eye exam, face exam, smell and taste test, and then a hearing test. So sit back, relax, and enjoy!
This video is intended to help with stress, anxiety, overthinking, overwhelm, relaxation, insomnia, and sleep. Triggers include whispering, typing, eye exam and light triggers, occasional tapping, latex gloves sounds, face touching, close whispering.
