Join me on an unforgettable journey through Punjab, the heart of India's culinary heritage! From savoring creamy buffalo milk lassi at the iconic Ahuja Milk Bhandar to indulging in the legendary thali at Kesar Da Dhaba in Amritsar, this trip was all about flavors and traditions.

I explored mouthwatering dishes like mutton chops, brain masala, and kulchas at Sunder Meat Shop, and relished authentic Indian sweets, including jalebi, gulab jamun, and rabri malpua. Street food was a highlight too—think aloo tikki, gol gappa, and the tastiest samosas from Om Fry Snacks.

We also visited famous spots like Beera Chicken House for chicken tikka and Bittu Meat Wala for mutton burra and fish tikka. Each bite was a celebration of Punjab’s rich culture and hospitality.
