Five short pieces for two wind instruments I love written during the early years of my composition studies. It features a lively dialogue between oboe and bassoon, exploring counterpoint, rhythmic shifts, and a sense of playful tension.
Looking back, I now recognize clear influences from Stravinsky — a composer I admired at the time.
The piece was later orchestrated, and that version will eventually be published as well.
