A government proposal to review fuel subsidies for the T20 income group has sparked concern from an opposition lawmaker.

Charged
Former Bank Negara Malaysia Syariah Advisory Council chairman Tan Sri Mohd Daud Bakar and company director Datuk Norliza Tajudin were charged in the Sessions Court today with seven counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving a total of RM10.55 million.

Johor polls talks
Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi said discussions on the Johor election will only proceed after obtaining consent from His Majesty Sultan Ibrahim, the King of Malaysia, and Tunku Mahkota Ismail, the Regent of Johor.
