In this car sales training video, I go over the BEST way to write a deal up featuring 3 shareholders.
1. Sales Person
2. Sales Manager
3. Finance Manager
If the Sales Person DID not properly build rapport and qualify the customer - chances are most sales managers will NOT reconfirm important details before desking the deal (since most sales managers are just order takers now a days anyways 🤷🏽♂️).
Then it falls in the business office & the finance manager is left facing an uphill battle to undo the unrealistic expectations set by the first 2 shareholders.
In this video, I go over how to avoid all that and close the deal (or at least prevent friction when trying to ask for more documents or explaining why they have to change cars/get an increased rate/put more money down).
