Inspector Sudarshan Honwadajkar of Sion Police Station said on Sunday that the complaint against the three victims of Runwal's unfair trade practices was of extortion, and not of defamation. After getting richer by about 12 lakhs with forfeited booking amounts, Runwal is now trying to frame the three flat-buyers who were struggling to recover their money.
