Описание: This session is very close to my heart because it’s one of my personal tools for healing my own inner child… a journey that I know will last a lifetime, but am profoundly honored to be on. You might ask, what does burnout have to do with inner child wounds? How we learned to survive and seek worthiness early in life can influence how those patterns become embedded into our nervous system, how we see ourselves as a person, and how we respond to stress. I am constantly learning this lesson in my own life. Through different forms of *Cathartic Release (powerful release of deeply repressed emotions) such as self-hypnosis, deep self-reflection, creative expression, and somatic/physical release AKA movement and exercise – I am beginning to heal…I wanted to share that with those of you who I know will find this useful.

I wrote this script using principles from Logo & Narrative Therapy which remind us that the way we tell our story can shape the way we heal. By starting to rewrite that story in a more compassionate light, we create fertile ground for self-transformation. This session is designed with trauma-informed approach in mind. However, if you feel overwhelmed at any point, please pause or return when it feels safe to do so. And if you are facing significant mental health challenges or have not yet addressed severe trauma/PTSD in a clinical setting, please seek support from a qualified professional before listening to this recording.
