Here's what I typically eat in a Day:
"Breakfast of Champions"
"Big Ass Salad"
Protein Shake
Balanced Dinner Plate
2-3 coffees or tea
occasionally snacks, but not every day
I am 5'6", around 120 lbs, and very active with training 4-5x per week, playing with the kids, rollerblading, walking, hiking etc.. I've learned through experience and continual progress checking that I do best with around 2000 cals per day, but I do not count cals, instead I have used custom meal planning to learn my portions and train consistent nutrition habits.
My kids love:
Oatmeal with Maple Syrup
All the snacks always
Chicken Nuggets and Noodles
Trying new and different foods and learning about the benefits of healthy eating
