STORYLINE:
Air raid sirens sounded several times in Haifa on Saturday but no rocket strikes were reported.
In Haifa, where eight people were killed in a rocket attack on July 16, many residents avoid being far from a bomb shelter, knowing that air raid sirens are a daily occurrence.
Avi Pazner, an Israeli government spokesman, blamed Iran for Hezbollah's attacks on Israel: "We have to understand that the Hezbollah is but a proxy and a puppet of Iran who really is behind these attacks."
Another barrage of Hezbollah missiles struck Haifa on Friday afternoon. Most streets were empty and as a result only six people were wounded.
For that reason, crowds of Israelis are no longer seen scurrying out of cafes or gathering by the sea in this port city of 250-thousand people.
Itan Gerit, a caf owner said of his lack of business, "we are hoping people would come, it doesn't look like that."
The Nachman family moved to Haifa from Nahariya when the fighting started and have now decided to move to Tel Aviv where they believe it is safer.
Hezbollah has fired hundreds of rockets at northern Israeli towns from the Lebanese border since fighting began on July 12, forcing hundreds of thousands of Israelis to take cover in underground shelters.
