Описание: Making an no-knead bread based on the method shown by Jim Laiti of New York, with Mark Bittman of the New Yorker. Shown is white bread and also a rye bread. Takes overall less than 15 minutes for all the work. No flower spread all over your kitchen! You will love it!
If you like a softer crust, put the still warm bread in a plastic bag for 2 to 3 hours, and it will soften!
Also experiment with baking times: nowadays I bake it 35 minutes closed and 16 minutes open!
