Transcript: What's up everyone today we are going to be bringing these 1995 Powder Blue Jordan 10s back to wearable condition and doing a full restoration.

The pair is separating, has excess factory glue on the uppers, sole oxidation, scuffs, and midsole creasing which we will be taking care of in this video.

I fully separated the shoes, now I'll be doing a deep clean to have a clean base to work with.

To prep the soles I'll be using heat, acetone and cotton balls. Then sand the soles with a dremel.

Now that the soles are prepped and cleaned, I will be using 40 volume developer cream to reverse the oxidation on the soles.

The air units on these have degraded and will need to be removed.

I will be cutting EVA foam to shape as a replacement after the glue is removed and soles to midsoles bonded.

After removing the factory glue with acetone, the soles are now ready to be glued to the midsoles. For this i'll be using barge superstik cement.

I'm going to put a layer of glue down on each side, wait 7 minutes, heat it up, then line up the soles and bond them together.

Now that the soles are bonded I'm going to trace and cut the EVA foam to the size of the air unit and glue it in place.

Next step we will be doing is removing the factory glue from the uppers with heat and acetone, then sanding them.

With the uppers prepped now, we can begin gluing the midsoles to the uppers.

I applied a layer of glue to each side, waited a couple hours, applied another coat, then waited 7 minutes and lined up the uppers.

To bond the sides, I'll be using a blow dryer to heat and reactivate the glue then apply pressure.

The next step we will be doing is touching up the scuffs on the uppers with paint.

Since the uppers are more of an off white, I mixed beige and white to match them better than just using white alone.

I'll be using a few different grit sandpaper to smooth the scuffs, for this I used 400, 800 and 1500 grit.

With the uppers touched up, we are nearing the end of this restoration.

The final things that we have to take care of is reversing the creasing on the midsole, and removing some debris in the sockliner.

Here are the final results of the restoration. I really enjoy how these came out.
