Window Sets allow you to change the color and style of the text windows in the game. You can collect them at anytime but won't be able to use them until you recruit Tenkou from Crom Village. Simply talk to him with any Window Set in your inventory and he'll join

Tenkou starts off with Window Sets 3 and 4 by default but you can find Sets 1,2,5,6, and 7 to give to him and increase your customization options
