🌸 During the full moon I always love to give myself time for release and journal all the components, memories and experiences I am letting go that may not serve me at this time on a piece of paper, burn it with the intention that is transmuted into a high vibration & light upon release, and then follow up with some self reiki 🙌✨. This type of release ritual allows space to be made for manifestation and all the wondrous opportunities that are in true alignment with myself to come into fruition.
