Ingredients
4 goat trotters
2 medium size onion
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
100grm curd
7-8 black pepper
1 black cardamom
1 piece of cinnamon sticks
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/3 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
chopped coriander
1 green chilli chopped
and some ginger slices
salt for taste
for washing the trotters
2 tbsp wheat flour
water to wash
