I've had a couple of issues with SatPC32 which seems to happen as it tries to load. I researched it to find it could be something to do with locating the com port on the program initiation. It's happened quite a few times over the years and I have found it's quicker to reinstall the full program from scratch - A fresh install.
I saved the Satellite Frequencies and Sub audio tones to my Ham Radio blog so recalling information to refresh my personalized settings was quick.
Now I am back up and running once again. let's see if it works.
