Steps to use PNB credit card
To make purchases
• Make your purchase at a store that accepts the PNB card and confirm the total amount you have purchased.
• Give your PNB card as your payment option to the cashier.
• The cashier will swipe the card in the card reader, and you must give a PIN to transact.
• You will be issued two receipts to sign after verifying the details to ensure they are correct.
• The cashier will issue you one of the receipts and ensure you collect your card after completing the purchase.
To make withdrawals at an ATM
• Visit a PNB ATM to transact. Insert the PNB credit card into the machine, and choose your language.
• Enter the PIN and select the amount you want to withdraw.
• Finish up your transaction and remove your card from the ATM.
To carry out Internet transactions
• Visit the PNB website at www.pnbcards.com.ph {the link is in the description}
• Since PNB has a variety of cards, choose a VISA card and enter the card number, your name if you own the card, your bank branch, the expiration date, and your CVV number.
• Enter the code that will pop up to make your transactions.
