Hey Dressage Superstar, I am going to answer the question - How do you plug in your seat bones?

And the best way is touching them. I know it's weird. It's your hand, it's all good. So literally put your hand under your bum and wiggle around, and you'll start to feel this bony thing. And when you lean forward, you'll feel it rotate against your hand and then disappear. Because what's happened is, it's now not making contact with your hand any more, or with the seat of the saddle.
