Another big off-road training day in the books and this one was tough.
This ride was all about pushing skills, stamina and confidence on the bike as part of my preparation for the Welsh TET later this year.
Long sections, technical terrain, mistakes, fatigue and plenty of learning along the way. Days like this aren’t pretty, but they’re exactly what’s needed to be ready when it counts.
