Описание: In this 5 day retreat for men in The Garden of Nâm in Andalucia (South Spain) we provide powerful and transcending tools that men from all over the world and from all backgrounds and traditions, have been using since thousands of years, for the purpose of healing, strength and clarity.. With a program of daily meditations, EBR (Energetic Body Re-alignment, QiGong exercises), walking meditation, Shamanic Jourrneys, drumming, rhythms and voice we slowly bring our busy minds back to a more natural and calmer state. We become more receptive and open for the healing currents that are being created. You will learn to use the profound meditation method of Asha Meditation, developed for this modern age man, which you can easily integrate into your daily life.

This retreat is guided by meditation- and music teacher, professional musician, father, composer and experienced transcending sound & voice worker Alexander Gustave van Breemen, who has been guiding men in workshops, sessions, men's rituals and retreats for more than 15 years. He specialises in using music, rhythm and voice as transforming tools, which are used in many of his programs. He was inspired in this by Yoginâm who guided him on this journey towards optimal living since 2006. His international work on festivals, conferences, trainings, retreats and workshops in Europe, Asia, The US and Africa has provided him with a widened experience of working and thinking within different cultures and backgrounds.
