Have you ever been dissatisfied with your bank services and struggled to find a proper solution to your complaint? This video is here to guide you through the steps to resolve any banking issues effectively.
Steps to Resolve Banking Complaints:
First Step: File a complaint with your bank.
Second Step: If unresolved, escalate the complaint to the Principal Nodal Officer.
Third Step: Still unresolved? Register your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman, where 90% of complaints are resolved.
Fourth Step: If needed, take your complaint to the Appellate Authority under the Deputy GM of RBI.
Final Step: As a last resort, approach the CEP Cell (Consumer Education and Protection Cell) to completely resolve your issue.
