Hike to Grapevine Shelter and Blue Hole Cascades

Описание: The hike to Grapevine Shelter and Blue Hole Cascades is just one of the many great waterfall hiking options around Lost Corner in the southern Ozarks of Arkansas. The Grapevine Shelter portion of the hike is mostly a moderate-to-difficult bushwhack. As I mention in the video, we took kind of a clumsy approach to reaching Grapevine Shelter, but it worked out! Eventually the bushwhack hits an ATV trail for a good bit to Blue Hole Cascades. For the hike back, we opted to hike up the creek to Green Grotto and hit the ATV trail there...as opposed to bushwhacking back uphill the way we came in. Our total distance for the day was almost 6 miles. Parts of this hike were slightly challenging, many parts were easy. All of it was worth the effort.
