W.E.L.C.O.M.E (in sign) to Discovery North East.
Today we are at Oak Meadow Elementary School ready to discover the Sign and Shine club. This unique club is like no other. Students make new friends, learn some sign language and even learn how to sing in sign!
As the only regional day school for the deaf in North East ISD, this club ensures inclusiveness for all students and is making a positive impact on the campus culture. Here is a closer look at the Sign and shine club at Oak Meadow.
