Hey Guy's, recently over these last few weeks, I've been struggling with a lot of feelings that left me feeling confused. Between losing sight of the kind of man that I wanted to be, feeling behind in my life, or struggling to manage the depression-it all was so overwhelming. During this period, my partner began struggling with the same things Aswell, and after a very enlightening therapy session, we found an answer that helped pull us out of our depressive spiral that I wanted to share with you today.
