I will also show you how to remove the Aloe Latex from the aloe vera leaf. Aloe Latex is the yellow substance that's found in the leaf of the Aloe plant. The latex can cause intestinal discomfort and skin irritation.
Aloe offers a lot of health advantages. Combined with cilantro, parsley, ginger and tumeric and other powdered superfoods, you can make frozen ice cubes that are a great addition to your detox smoothie. Making these detox ice cubes at home will be areal time saver and ensure that it is all-natural, and that you have full control over the ingredients.
Studies have shown that Aloe Vera can help people who suffer from various digestive health problems and aids in the detoxification process. Aloe Vera’s alkalizing properties help to counteract acidity and restore our digestive system’s pH balance. I love having aloe vera in my smoothie mix.
