I changed my mind about a comment I made about getting a Home Inspection done on a new condo, by the way, this also applies to new homes. Buying a condo new or old get an inspection.
Time to take some of our power back, this crazy market is making us feel that if we don't jump in with both feet, and ask no questions we will lose the deal and we may. Time to back up we all want a place to call home but at what cost? The financial burden in the aftermath could be huge.
Sometimes less is better so sit back and listen to some great information on how do we purchase a Condo or your new house, with or without an Inspection. that is the question????
