MA defense attorney says all of Michael Proctor's cases should be dismissed after Karen Read lawsuit

Описание: Thousands of racist and misogynistic texts were revealed by a lawsuit filed by Karen Read on Thursday between former Massachusetts State Trooper Michael Proctor and former Canton Police Officer Sean Goode. Defense attorney Rosemary Scapicchio told WBZ’s Louisa Moller that all criminal cases handled by Michael Proctor should be dismissed. Scapicchio is representing Myles King, who stands accused of the 2021 murder of Marquis Simmons in Milton, Massachusetts - a case led by Proctor.
