「花地瑪聖母聖像出遊」於1929年首次在澳門進行，是本地富有特色的宗教慶典，旨在紀念聖母在 1917 年於葡萄牙花地瑪向三位牧童顯現的聖跡，於2019年被列入澳門《非物質文化遺產名錄》。出遊隊伍由澳門教區主教、神職人員、教友以及三名身穿葡萄牙傳統服飾的孩童（兩女一男）組成，以象徵當時的三名牧童，從玫瑰聖母堂步行出發，恭移花地瑪聖母聖像至西望洋聖堂，沿途誦念玫瑰經及高唱聖母歌，並在西望洋聖堂舉行儀式，場面盛大。
The "Procession of Our Lady of Fátima" was first held in Macau in 1929 and remains a distinctive local religious celebration. It commemorates the Marian apparitions of 1917, when the Virgin Mary appeared to three shepherd children in Fátima, Portugal. In 2019, the procession was inscribed on Macau’s Intangible Cultural Heritage List.
The procession is led by the Bishop of Macau, clergy, and devotees, accompanied by three children (two girls and one boy) dressed in traditional Portuguese attire, symbolizing the three shepherd children. It begins at the Church of Our Lady of the Rosary, where the statue of Our Lady of Fátima is reverently carried in a solemn march to the Chapel of Our Lady of Penha. Along the way, participants recite the Rosary and sing hymns in honor of the Virgin Mary. The event culminates in a grand ceremony at the Chapel of Our Lady of Penha, creating a deeply spiritual and visually striking spectacle.
