Seitai is a form of bodywork and alternative medicine practice, originally developed as training tool within health education. It’s popular in Japan for improving posture and body tension! Today I’m visting ‘Luxxs’ a personal training gym in Tokyo that is unique for offering both seitai and personal training together! I had such a great experience and it waa fascinating being able to learn so much about the body and how tension can impact us!
