Jack Hunter and the Lost Treasure of Ugarit

Young archaeologist Jack Hunter travels to France to photograph a cuneiform tablet from the ancient city of Ugarit, once a great Mesopotamian metropolis in modern-day Syria. When he is caught, Jack is forced to steal the tablet from a private museum to escape. His mentor, Professor Frederic “Freddie” Shaffer, believes the tablet hides a coded map to a legendary treasure and urges Jack to join a dangerous expedition. Jack refuses at first, but soon finds himself hunted by ruthless enemies. Drawn into a global adventure, he must confront ancient traps, betrayal, and the power hidden within Ugarit’s lost past.
